Noise barrier installation
Concrete, timber, aluminium and glass. We set the posts into prepared footings or onto base plates, align them plumb and true, then stack the wall elements until the barrier stands tight and gap free.
We bolt and anchor what arrives on site from the plant: precast concrete units, steel posts, wall elements, complete noise barriers. Permanent crews, our own 7.5 tonne truck, more than ten years between motorway hard shoulders and railway ballast.
We do not pour foundations and we do not drive piles. We are the company you call when the precast unit is on the low loader and has to sit exactly right. Four areas, one careful step after another.
Concrete, timber, aluminium and glass. We set the posts into prepared footings or onto base plates, align them plumb and true, then stack the wall elements until the barrier stands tight and gap free.
Wall panels, plinth blocks, columns, L-shaped retaining units and cover slabs. Lift, place, level, anchor, seal the joints. Dismantling of existing units included.
Posts, brackets, base plates, fixings, signal masts and railings. Bolted onto anchor channels, cast-in anchor cages or post-installed anchors, with documented torque.
Bonded anchors, injection anchors, heavy-duty anchors and anchor channels. Core drilling, hole cleaning, resin injection, full curing time, then torquing. No step gets skipped.
Bakir Bralic and Aleksandar Dekic run the company themselves and work on site. Whoever calls here speaks to the person who assigns the crew the next morning. That is the whole difference to a chain of subcontractors.
Torque wrenches, rotating lasers, core drills, resin cartridges and lifting gear are in the truck. Day one is spent installing, not organising.
Plumb, alignment and level get checked element by element, not at handover. Straightening a finished barrier afterwards costs days that no construction programme has spare.
Nobody moves a track possession for an installation contractor. We size the crew so the work fits the window, and bring a second crew when it does not.
We deliberately do not keep a heavy plant fleet. Large machines come in through partner firms with certified operators, exactly for the days they are needed. That keeps the quote lean and availability high.
Flatbed with tail lift for posts, wall elements, small plant and consumables. We do not depend on an outside driver when material runs short at short notice.
Through our partner firms we supply mobile excavators together with a certified operator: for head holes, trial pits, exposing existing foundations, lifting and placing heavy elements.
Core drills, breakers, generators, plate compactor, torque wrenches, rotating laser and levelling equipment. Everything needed for clean alignment and documented bolting.
Slings, spreader beams, vacuum lifters and clamps for wall panels and plinth blocks. The crane or excavator either comes from the client or we arrange it.
The company is based in Celle, Lortzingstraße. From here we reach job sites across Lower Saxony daily. On longer contracts the crew moves to the site with accommodation, which is why we also work well beyond the region.
Noise barriers along federal roads, wall elements inside the rail corridor, steel posts on existing foundations, retaining units on industrial yards. Every photo is a structure that stands today.
