We only collect personal data when you actively provide it, for example via the contact form (name, email, phone, subject, message) or by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR for the consent you give.

3. Purpose and storage period

Your data is processed exclusively to handle your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. Storage takes place only as long as necessary for the purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations under HGB and AO.

4. Hosting and server log files

This site is hosted on servers of a German or EU-compliant hosting provider. When the website is accessed, technically required data is stored in server log files: IP address, time, requested URL, browser and operating system. This data is used solely to ensure operation and security. It is not combined with other data sources.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics services. Only strictly necessary mechanisms are used, namely a PHP session that stores your language selection. No consent is required for this under § 25 (2) TTDSG.
