Drill, blow out, fill with resin, set the anchor, wait out the curing time, torque it. Cutting the cleaning step loses half the load capacity. That sequence is not negotiable here.

It started with one crew, three breakers and a van
Lärmschutz Montage | Bralic & Dekic GbR is an owner-managed installation company based in Celle. In the beginning it was a small crew setting posts and stacking noise barrier elements for other firms. Today construction companies and precast plants hand us the whole installation package: wall elements, steel components, anchors, bolting, alignment, handover.
What has not changed: both owners are on site. We deliberately never invested in a heavy plant fleet, but in people, survey equipment and anchor technology. Whatever large machinery a job needs comes in by the day from partner firms, complete with a certified operator. That keeps the quote lean and the programme realistic.

What this is about
A barrier should still be in line after ten years, and every bolt should carry its specified torque. That sounds small, but it decides whether the client writes a defects list at handover or hands out the next contract. That is the standard we measure ourselves against.
Where we are heading
We want to be the company in northern Germany that construction firms and precast plants call when the installation has to be right. For that we build up crews, train people in anchor technology and keep the team small enough that everyone knows what Monday looks like.

What we hold to
Safety before progress
Trained people, certified lifting accessories, high visibility clothing, fall protection and whatever traffic management the client specifies. One element tipping into live traffic wipes out every hour saved.
A quote without footnotes
We write down what gets installed, with which crew, in what time, and what is not included. Variations here come from changed drawings, not from gaps in the quote.
A date is a commitment
We decline when no crew is free, rather than confirming a date and then sending two people. An honest no is cheaper for the programme than a half-staffed installation day.
Plant and logistics
What we actually bring to site
We deliberately do not keep a heavy plant fleet. Large machines come in through partner firms with certified operators, exactly for the days they are needed. That keeps the quote lean and availability high.
Our own 7.5 tonne truck
Flatbed with tail lift for posts, wall elements, small plant and consumables. We do not depend on an outside driver when material runs short at short notice.
Mobile excavator with operator
Through our partner firms we supply mobile excavators together with a certified operator: for head holes, trial pits, exposing existing foundations, lifting and placing heavy elements.
Small plant and survey gear
Core drills, breakers, generators, plate compactor, torque wrenches, rotating laser and levelling equipment. Everything needed for clean alignment and documented bolting.
Lifting gear for precast
Slings, spreader beams, vacuum lifters and clamps for wall panels and plinth blocks. The crane or excavator either comes from the client or we arrange it.
